Not a joke, I was actually curious if this is a real/evidence based statement or just something that sounds right.
I agree with the sentiment, just wasn't sure if this original post was a joke or something being said in earnest.
Ah okay that makes sense lol. Well to directly answer that part- I've used it with multiple clients with great success, and I actually put a more polished version of the image on my PsychologyToday profile, but also it's mostly just supposed to be funny lol
