Would that be the same TFW program that he voted to expand when he was part of Harper's government?
Bloody hypocritical populist.
The very same. They needed their exploitable work force, but now they are an easy target for the racists. So it's exploit people who have little recourse.
It's also a win/win target for him. If the government did eliminated the TFW program, there'd be a wave of fear over wages and an endless stream of attacks funded by employers. If they didn't, then there's a bunch of brown people taking good ol' Canadian jerbs!
