My cat is actually super affectionate, annoyingly so sometimes. He's like a dog that doesn't fetch. He greets me at the door, meows and rubs my legs non-stop until I sit down and he can crawl on my lap. He loves new people, and if you try to leave him home alone for more than a day or two, even with a clean box and full food and water, he'll poop on the floor in protest. Never any other time. But if we have someone stop in on him, even just for a half hour of pets, he's fine ๐คทโโ๏ธ
