Getting back in shape sucks like I’m glad I’m putting on solid muscle but for real protein bars get old after about the sixth one, I’ve been doing meal replacement shakes and stopped most of my sugar intake. The only thing that sucks is that I love Popeyes chicken and I love to over eat because I’m American and I’m fat. But after watching a video on how Europeans eat compared to how Americans eat it all made sense why even though I have a very physical I only seem to be getting fatter. Basically I blame iced jumbo honey buns, and Domino’s Pizza. At my heaviest I weighed about 220 pounds but now I’m down to about 180 I would think.
