There were probably about 12 crackers total, this was the longest word I could spell out of the 9 crackers that weren't broken.

I got a feeling that given the available letters, I don't think there's any solution over 6 letters..
I ran it through an anagram solver. 6 appears to be the best we can do.
There were 3 other unbroken crackers, a B, duplicate Y, and Z.
By all means, with all 9 letters on the board, feel free to try to spell a longer word...

Bleh, there were 9 total that weren't broken. I ate the B, duplicate Y, and Z.
SLINKY was the longest word I could figure out of the usable letters.
