We should be demanding remote work, and nothing else. These massive buildings are a eco disaster, the amount of travel is as well. It's way better for pretty much everything for people who can, to work remotely. The only people who don't like it are middle management and higher ups who want the control over their employees.

My building doesn’t have enough parking, meeting rooms, or desks for the people here, and they want more people in the office.

People have started taking public transport. In Los Angeles.

People have also started parking in fire lanes and emergency assembly areas.
