I gotta think Pritzger fires this up next. Not sure what the Illinois law says for this though.
Illinois is already gerrymandered to hell. Not sure you could do much unless you make all districts a sliver from Chicago to the southern tip.

There's a distinction about cheating mid-decade on census data though - I agree with that. I'm not a fan of gerrymandering in general, but I'd like to fight fire with fire instead of just get steamrolled, too...
