was talking a few weeks ago that vampires would me great at property disputes.

also the question, would permission of a landlord be enough for a vampire to enter a house, or does he need the permission of the tenants living there?

The landlords needs to give a written notice to the tenants at least 24h before they can give permission to the vampire. And the landlord needs to be present as well. Unless the vampire is a registered repair man, then the notice is enough.

Depends. Modern conception is aristo scum. So if it's meant to be tragic; resident. If it's meant to be horror; landlord state or your alexa bullshit.
