Now scale it up so it becomes cheaper. Improve the process so it not only becomes unrecognizable compared to the real thing, but even better. Once the process is perfected we could make the texture and flavor perfect every time. Zero contaminants like mercury and micro plastics. We could stop raping our oceans.
Do the same for beef and we can get all the land used for cattle back. Same for chicken, pork, everything...
