Apparently this happened three weeks ago and the news is just coming out now. Winston Peters as usual has no idea what is happening and is too busy licking Trump's boots to actually say or do anything.

Because it matters quite a bit for what sort of damage a person will do, what their overall character and their motivations are.

Maybe but who cares what YOUR assessment is? Are you somehow more qualified other people?
