Drunk drivers should be sentenced as if they were convicted murderers. Even if nothing bad happens, just finding out they did it should land them in just as deep a pile of shit as actually killing someone would. See how often they would try it then.
Drunk drivers get no pity or mercy from me. I hope they all have lethal accidents that don't hurt anyone else. And if they don't, their consequences should make them wish they did.

involuntary manslaughter, and same should apply to people who drive while tired as that's basically the same fucking thing.
but more realistically it should be criminal negligence, and bar you from ever holding a license again.
I had a girlfriend who was really car braines and i didn my best to avoid the topic. One day she told me that she was out to drink and she then she drove home, because she couldn't just let her car there. She did not understand that she did anything wrong, because leaving the car was off the table. I told her that she could've killed someone, which didn't got any reaction out of her. She said that she could've also died. And i told her that i wouldn't really care, and if she has a drunk driving accident, i wouldn't feel bad and she shouldn't call me ever.
