I fucking hate titles like this. Mice don't have Alzheimer's, never had, never will*.

IIRC we have selectively bred a line of mice with a genetical disease which has similar symptoms as Alzheimer's, but it's a very different disease.

Only a tiny percentage of what they discover using mice is actually helpful for Alzheimer's.

This is like applying a COVID vaccine to treat flu just because they have some symptoms in common.
