Poultry and fish are still fine though.
Eh fish is just full of heavy metals and microplastics at this point, better to stick with just the poultry.
It's all microplastics all the way down. It's like cookies clicker, but for microplastics.
Those have a much lower carbon footprint per kg of meat though
Overfishing is kinda a whole other thing, though
True, though fish farms I think have been picking up a lot.
The fish farms suck in other ways, though. Parasites and disease can spread through them rapidly.
I know some folks with this and sometimes pork particularly any that is slow cooked.
But that's variable from person to person depending on the severity of the immune response
