this milk allergy is making me utterly miserable, the meal replacement shakes , while so good for dieting just do not agree with me so I stopped , and then I had bread which had milk in it, the olive spread had milk, so that made me flare up again
I am going to have read labels carefully
in the meantime, to cheer myself up I;m going to make some olive bread, it's delicious and I know it will have no dairy ๐ธ
Would it be worth getting an allergy test? Then you could know if it was lactose only, or whole milk etc. Might leave some options open and you could know what to look for on labels.
