Home roasted beans from Sweet Maria's. Specifically Burundi Gakenke Honey Process. I actually just finished an espresso 30 minutes ago because we were gone this weekend and my new bottomless portafilter was delivered on Friday so I was anxious to test it. I use 20g in and 44g out in ~35s.
