Yeah. You can get them at supermarkets and sometimes gas stations where I live in germany
Yes, I am aware they exist. I am asking if you expect Steam's entire business model to hinge on cards you have to buy at gas stations and grocery stores.
I would say it gives them enough security to test if the payment providers would actually pull through with their threat. Which as far as I know they didn't try.
