No porn game is CSAM. The entire point of that acronym is that it stands for "photographic evidence of child rape."

I thought CSAM meant literally "Child sexual abuse material" and that it is a better word than childporn because calling it that makes it sound like its some genre of porn which is too harmless of a description for it. That applies to drawn as well as real depictions. Both are material showing child sexual abuse.

The term specifically exists to describe material from the abuse of children.

You cannot abuse children who do not exist.

The entire point is distinguishing the kind of JPGs you go to prison for, versus a drawing of Bart Simpson's dick. There's a reason that only one of those things is readily available on popular websites. The other one's a lot worse. Separating them is kind of important.

I think you are behind on your arguments, these days its "the girls aren't real so there is no abuse".

Sorta sounds like "I want to express my desires to fuck children" if you turn your head a certain way.
