They just missed very old news about how games that depict illegal activities do not really cause people to do illegal activities. Therefore they can't be illegal themselves.
Plus, where do you draw the line?
Social media where users discuss illegal activities? Movies that depict illegal activities?
There are a lot of illegal activities in the bible.
I committed genocide in age of empires 2 yesterday, but lewd games is where I draw the line!
