I played the demo for this yesterday! It's an anime-style turn-based tactics game based around holding/disrupting supply lines, turn-based battles, and using a live-streaming airship for crowd-control and to capture enemies.

It's really fun and surprisingly hard! Took me several tries to beat the boss in the first battle, but that seems to be intended

Does seem like a rather interesting and well developed game. I am not a fan of the anime aesthetic in games (just a personal thing, I do actually like some anime although it tends to be mostly productions from the 80s/90s/early 2000s), but this one seems unique enough to ignore the anime visual style.
