I don't think that's a picture of her. I don't think we have one and that's actually good. We have the testimony. She's certainly a real person. We don't need to be further in her life.

From what I can find, this image is only tied to this victim, and that Katie Johnson is an alias that the victim used in lieu of her real name. Given the absolute need for protection (remember that if Weinstein sent Israeli surveillance to disrupt publications and defraud and further terrorise his victims, who knows what someone in the position of Trump would do) I wouldn't blame her for using an alias image as well.
