Big game publishers want to control when you play your games by killing them. While special interest groups like Collective Shout are censoring what you can and cannot buy.

To bring more attention to this issue, GOG and Freedom To Buy Initiative are partnering to give out this free game bundle for 48 hours.

These games and more are at risk of disappearing if Collective Shout get their way.

I think the original commentator just didn't know about the context of what's been going on. We should always first assume a lack of awareness, not spite & malice.
