While RBI is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and pays corporate taxes there, it's often mistakenly perceived as a Canadian company, largely due to the presence of Tim Hortons
But it's not headquartered in Canada. The Tim Horton's office is ... but BK, Popeyes and Firehouse Subs are headquartered in the US.
