That's why it's important to draw up plans for your sexual encounters before the drunkenness sets in. I carry little wallet-sized consent forms so that women can sign them as soon as we meet, rather than when we've both had a few.
Doesn't matter if she consents before. The moment she's drunk, consent is off the table.
Assuming you're being serious, and depending on what you mean by "drunk" that seems a bit nuts to me.
Of course, if by "drunk" you mean "so completely plastered that she is no longer able to convincingly express consent", then yeah, sure, obviously, and may no one ever be so as unfortunate as to become that inebriated.
Short of such a state, I don't see it.
That's a lot of vin though, there won't be any left for the coq
