I remember this. It was about as stupid and useless as DARE.

Was that the jumping test? I do think I recall that, along with pullup and pushup tests. It's such a rigid definition of fitness. By the way do you remember when Michelle Obama wanted kids to be fit? Parents threw a fit their child no longer had access to tater tots lol. This is just wankery.
They're talking about the one where you put your feet flat on the end of the far side of the box, then you stretch forward as far as you can to see how far you can touch.
