It is weird being awake at 5am though. I used to do this a couple of years before lockdown for gym before uni and work.
Still rather this and get the sleep and be in a good mood than stay in bed longer and feel like shit.
Edit: 9am I donβt know what to do with myself. I have very little motivation. Aaargh.
11:30am hour and a half PT session shortly. I will no doubt be ded
I have a to do list and also want to bum around brunnie a bit
but i really should rest my back some more βΉοΈ
Brunnie sounds nice. Hopefully heading there tonight or tomorrow arvo. Need some specialist groceries.
