I watched the Aurora Teagarden Mystery movies and the boyfriend stays over and sleeps on the couch.
You can tell they’re made by Hallmark.
Sorry I'm uninformed, but what do you refer to? Is it old fashioned that a boy stays over at a girls house and sleeps on the couch?
It’s just a very old fashioned “our characters are morally perfect Christians” approach
For adults? Yes, it would be old fashioned for an adult boyfriend to sleep on the couch at his adult girlfriend's place.
