Wife and I ate her entire birthday cake in 2 days last month.
The Baker says cake is good for 3-5 people.
Nutrition label goes servings: 8, 800(?) cal a slice.
You: fuck it. Birthday binge.
I've been there and learned.
Cut into servings. Take out 4 servings (2 people x 2 days) freeze the rest in slices so you can space it out.
Is cake still good after freezing
Damn straight it is. Every cake I've frozen has been fine 3 months later. I usually try and do a slice a week. Gone within 2 months.
How long does cake last in the fridge?
Do you eat it straight from the freezer or does it have to thaw out in the fridge first?
I move it over the night before. You can just leave it out for a few hours I think
