Personally i take folic acid (vitamin B9). I get Basic brand and its 400mcg, 200 count, for $8 (im in america).

A lot of multivitamin ive had in the past seemingly omit B9 for some reason

Appreciate the info. Honestly after reading this I took a plunge and went for A D K as well. I'll see what I can dig up on B9. Thanks!
