It went very well so far. Djunior is now almost five, so traveling has become less difficult. Also, it turns out that both Turkey and Kyrgyzstan are super child friendly countries to visit.

That's great! Yes, from five onwards they are much more self-sufficient. My kids (twins), at 35, still conspire to make me feel needed. (Neither actually does.)

When you're Europe-dwelling kid makes you feel needed, I'd love to use the opportunity to meet in person.

Also, I'm hoping Djunior will likewise keep making me feel needed for decades to come.

Oh, the next time I visit Europe, meeting in person will be a priority for me. I look forward to it!

As for Djunior. I hope his journey to adulthood is fulfilling for both of you.
