That's high treason and it is punishable by death
Google says that Ukraine doesn't do the death penalty- they do life imprisonment in the case of "high treason" from what I found, but I could be wrong.
Ukraine is under martial law and military is subject to its own rules.
Right, but the point is- I can't find anything that substantiates your claim. The only sources I can find all say "life imprisonment." Have you read somewhere that they allow for the death penalty under martial law? Because otherwise, you're just making things up.
