CSU isn’t part of Fort Collins. CSU is state property and doesn’t follow city ordinance.

So? They’re in the middle of city and a huge part of it. Also they have a history of telling the city they in which they reside to fuck off, which is definitely “not cool”.

So…. The restriction on billboards, which sounds all types of stupid, doesn’t apply to the university.
