Was ich bei Tomatensauce (insbesondere wenn sie einen Ticken angenehme Schärfe hat) empfehlen kann ist ein Hauch Zimt. Ist auch geil.

Und ja, man sollte es nicht übertreiben mit dem Balsamico - wirklich nur nen Klecks. Meine Balsamico Flasche hält gefühlt ewig. Aber wirkt Wunder.
