They didn't like the thunder one bit this afternoon when i got home. But the thunder has stopped, the rain has let up, and we are settling in for a cozy night.

We have a lot of stray cats on my block, and i saw one that i call Boots staring at me, shaking his little white boot at me while i was having a smoke, letting me know he was hurt. I was so heartbroken and thought of my little girls, so I brought him a whole can of food. There are plenty of safe spaces around here, so hopefully he can find a place to lay low and heal.

She was my rescue last year. She wasn't even 2lbs when someone dumped her in the lobby of my job last year. She's my wild child while the tabby is a spoiled princess.They are both sweet as can be

I picked my mine up in the turn lane of noon rush hour traffic. I was in a utility truck and hit the lights and came full stop. She was probably wasn't a month old. My daughter held her for about six hours the first day and they were bonded. She is a little weird being raise without other cats around. Now my daughter is grown and she moved to the country. There are other cats around and she started getting out and after a few months disappeared. She was gone a month and half and showed up a few days ago thinner but otherwise healthy. She has been sticking close to my daughter since she got back so maybe she wont do that again.

Mine has been yelling at me about going outside, so ii have been taking her out with me on a harness when i smoke. She's been curious, and a bit overwhelmed, but I don't think i could let her out on her own in the town. There are so many cats here that would tear her apart aonce she is so small.

Cats shouldn't be let outside in my opinion. They are very destructive. I have rabbits in my back yard and I like to watch them in the morning.
