Dissociation/not being bodily present isn't a great thing, but it sure comes in handy for dentist appointments 😬 🦷 🪥

Owwww. But also, understandable. It really is the definition of "in your face". I think after I got a tooth yanked out under local anaesthesia I've become a bit more numb to whatever they do to my teeth... that and my gums are so perpetually inflamed I think they can't feel much pain any more
Oh, that’s a lot to deal with. Hope your recent appointment went well, dentistry-wise :-)
