So if we assume that Kabura isn't lying, that means that either Hana is Nazuna's twin sister Nazuna knows nothing about or she's her mother. That would probably mean she had Nazuna before she became a vampire.

I don't remember the first season exactly but was there a point that vampires can't have children? I know they can create another vampire and it's a kinda similar process but does it mean they can't have children?

Well, they didn't say anything like that but it would be pretty fucking weird if a vampire could get pregnant. What would be the point of making offspring via sucking blood?

Maybe they can do both but prefer sucking blood because it's way faster, less complicated and less painful.
