Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they're breads too.

This is my first attempt at making bread other than pancakes. I just made a basic white bread for my first try. I think it came out pretty great and it's delicious toasted with butter and my homemade black raspberry jam. I can't wait to try a sourdough next.

And if you spin the bread when it's fresh from the oven, does it make candy floss?

I'll try it with your 3 tbsp and see.

My recipe isn't noticably sweet, it's not a dessert bread or anything. I found a recipe that works and I stuck with it, I'm sure there are some with less.
