Orrrrr, we could just make more? It’s not like they are giving it away for free.
That's a valid response in the long term, but in the immediate/near term, it's reasonable to want to restrict a treatment to those it'll help most.
GLP drugs were widely available up until recently — because they stopped allowing pharmacies to compound the drug.
