Hungry and tempted to go back for more tofu. It’s definitely not like cream cheese but almost reminds me of hummus. Maybe if I reblend half of it with some more vinegar it will be smoother and more like what I set out to make. I definitely screwed the recipe up.

Debating if I should buy an actual blender but wondering if it’ll be used enough for the space

Don’t worry about it. We all have recipe fails. Next attempt will be better. If you’re looking for way to transform tofu to get more protein in diet, I once had some tofu chocolate mousse someone brought to work. It was pretty good. Maybe worth a try?

I made the rookie mistake of substituting ingredients.

Chocolate ‘mousse’ is very tasty. It uses silken tofu which isn’t fodmaps friendly or something so I’m not sure on that one. I’ve seen it made with avocado as well but not sure if I’d get away with that either. But I have a tofu icecream recipe I’m eyeing off next
