Sorry to say that, but it looks like a punched sandwich! The taste might be good tho!
They definitely squish the inside of the roll a little to keep it together, that along with a tight wrap will make it look punched.
But yes, very good sandwhich!
If it tasted good, then that's all that matters at the end of the day!
