Kids having semi autonomy.

Cheap rent.

Glass ~~fold~~ food and beverage bottles and jars.

1, 2 could be explained by pedophiles are on the prowl, plus people have IPAD/youtube kids now.

Paedophiles are no more prevalent now than they were. The fear of paedophiles is through the roof though.
