Why people act like anxiety is an incurable permanent disability? There are quite effective medication and therapy for it
Because neither medication or therapy are 100% guaranteed cures. And they are a silver bullet for very few people anyway.
Sure, a lot of people don't try those solutions, and others like me, got tired of side effects and trying over 20 different medications over the years, but the process is grueling as fuck.
It is not like it was just going to buy an over the counter, one size fits all pill that magically dissolved the anxiety.
