Aim comes with training, it isn't a genetic trait.
Yep, and clones were trained extensively, way beyond the training storm troopers got. While they grew up twice the rate of normal humans, they were trained for combat for a decade before being commissioned.
That said, some genetic traits may help with aim and those traits can be exploited with the training
Yes, but if training is shitty, the result would inevitably be shitty too.
