Looks good but not hand drawn, sadly.
Also, the shrinkflation hits hard this time. That's half the total runtime of the previous shows.
Hm? I'd bet it's drawn by one of the co-creators. Check out their Tumblrs, they draw stuff like this all the time for fun.
