I’m back from doctor and supply runs.

Doc says it’s not too bad of an injury and to keep it covered with a dressing and take care of it.

The nail at the moment in theory should be ok as it wasn’t lifted up too much but still has a chance to come off.

Have to keep it dry and it was a nightmare trying to wash myself and keep it dry.

I also have a been given a few days off and only need to go back to work on Wednesday.

But of pain. No broken bones thankfully.

Fingers crossed it heals ok from here!

Edit: quite painful to walk around normally Argh

Put a glove on it to shower. Thin healthcare type gloves work best. Don't be a weirdo and put your toes in the fingers of the gloves, just use the bottom half of the glove to fit firmly around the front of your foot.

I’ll look into this , I have some disable latex ones maybe in the cupboard if I look hard enough.
