If you damaged the nail bed it might grow funny in future. I've broken several accidentally kicking furniture, nothing to do except tape it to the next one and stay off heels & jogging sort of things

I’m not sure what to expect. It wasn’t too bad according to the doctor but the nail has a chance of coming off. I’ll be off my feet for a few days while this heals.
