For the first bit: look up a SoundCloud downloader. There's a million.
For the YouTube bit: this link explains. You can also use a YouTube downloader to get the high quality sound files that should have the full spectrum of channels. You can confirm it works by hearing the individual sound playing through the speakers, and depending on your desktop, the audio mixer should show the individual channel activity output. There's a million other sound and audio mixers out there as well if the default doesn't do what you want.
