depressive shite lol
Man I have been having a rough week. Messy sleep patterns, malaise, depression. Last night with those emails set off some CPTSD related symptoms I hadn't felt in a while. Just pure panic and flashbacks, adrenaline and the side effects.I don't even know why I'm writing this, what I'm doing, and whether I'll ever get to where I want to be. Everything feels pointless and hopeless. The road to my goals is covered in a dense grey fog and I've lost my way, I just want to lie down and let the world wash over me.
