Επειδή δύσκολο να ρωτήσω, είπα να βρω κανά σχετικό βιντεάκι. Κάτι τέτοιο μου φαίνεται ότι μου λεγε:

Απ' όσο καταλαβαίνω η ζάχαρη γίνεται καραμέλα κ η (αναγκαστικά) καμένη καραμέλα φεύγει ιδιαίτερα δύσκολα.
