I had the opportunity to see Ozzy and his band play live in the 90’s. He was very energetic and sounded great. Other bands that played were System of a Down, Rob Zombie, Black Label Society, P.O.D, and Deftones. Many others I can’t remember. It was a great day and at least I got to see him play.

Was talking to workmates about Ozzy today - he definitely went out with a bang. Wish I’d seen sabbath live

I actually wish I saw Ozzy in the 80s after he left Sabbath and had Randy Rhoads as guitarist.

Alternately, I would have loved to see Sabbath with Dio on vocals, which I consider just as good,

I’m not a huge deftones enjoyer but I get the appeal. They definitely have their own cool style of sound but it just never hit with me.
