oh yeah. "I have issue" "please XYZ to resolve issue" "NO RESOLVE. JUST ISSUE"
Gets better. I've only been in this role like 4 months AND only 2nd time going through this process.
They've been at it for like 6 years and about a dozen projects.
It's the same process each and every time.
